compensation: $18-20/hr (depending on experience)

Lonohana Estate Chocolate is a tree-to-bar Hawaii chocolate maker, and we are looking for a new full-time Fulfillment Coordinator based out of our chocolate factory on Queen Street in Kakaako.

JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join us here at Lonohana Chocolate. This position is responsible for helping us maintain our inventory and fulfill orders for our retail and wholesale customers. Ideally looking for someone with great time management and a friendly personality.

Position schedule is Monday-Friday - hours are fairly flexible but must be ok with starting early (7a - 730a) for early deliveries on a regular basis

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain inventory for our retail shops and factory warehouse including products, samples and supplies

Fulfillment of customer orders - wholesale, online and retail - picking and packing

Packaging products (wrapping bars and making wholesale packs) with care and precision

Deliver orders to local wholesale accounts and FedEx shipping stations

Merchandising orders at wholesale accounts if needed

Compile sample kits and for sales and demo team

Work with production team to maintain demo samples inventory

Track supplies including shipping supplies, packaging, office supplies, etc

Set up factory tour supplies and samples

Assist production team occasionally with miscellaneous tasks

Not required but if interested, assist with events like Costco Roadshows or markets like Made in Hawaii Festival

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis

Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
