Patient Care Coordinator
Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in Hailey, Idaho. This role is in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry and involves heavy administrative and sales components. The Patient Care Coordinator will be front office facing, interacting with patients and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Responsibilities: Take the initiative to reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, aiming to bring them into the clinic Work collaboratively with onsite providers to ensure optimal patient care Utilize multiple systems to maintain and update patient records, requiring a level of tech-savviness Schedule and follow up on appointments to ensure patients receive timely care Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Maintain accurate customer credit records Use CRM and other software tools like Allscripts, Banner Ads, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, etc. to streamline processes and improve efficiency Perform other administrative tasks as required, including handling authorizations, billing functions, and creating charts and graphs. Requirements Proficiency in using Allscripts and Cerner Technologies Ability to design and manage Banner Ads Experience with CRM platforms Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software Experience in answering inbound calls Familiarity with authorizations, benefit functions and billing functions Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs Prior experience in a patient care coordination role in the pharm/biotech industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality High level of professionalism and ethical standards Familiarity with industry regulations and standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
