DescriptionSenior Director, Marketing, Creative and Digital Services (Hybrid)We’re hiring a Senior Director of Marketing, Creative and Digital Services , to help supercharge the company’s corporate brand, marketing strategy and campaign efforts. As the Senior Director, you will be a member of the company’s marketing leadership team and will help oversee the company’s approach to activating its brand across a broad range of digital, in-person and event channels. You will ensure a high-quality approach to creative, content and digital delivery to drive enterprise brand growth and support a wide array of go-to-market industry campaigns, events and activities.This is a hybrid role, based from our global headquarters, Reston, VA.What You Will Do
Manage and grow an integrated team of designers, content and UX specialists, writers and brand managers including internal staff, agency teams, freelancers, and offshore resources.
Partner with communications, demand generation, campaign, and capture teams to ensure marketing programs are supported with a range of high-quality, dynamic assets and resources.
Manage the web and digital team to help manage ICF’s biggest brand asset – icf.com – including helping to optimize content, UX, design, SEO, and navigation.
Oversee operations and delivery of creative assets including branded content pieces, campaign assets, advertising workflows, and updates to web/digital properties.
Lead the company’s brand management strategy and management including vision, governance, training, enablement and activation.
Lead creative kick-offs and workshops and help to manage key projects across multiple dimensions.
Lead ICF’s product & solution naming and brand strategy, including governing the creation of new sub-brands and facilitating name-storming and brand development sessions and workshops.
Help lead efforts to develop and activate enterprise level brand campaigns, including developing brand concepts, to build awareness of ICF across its markets.
Help evolve program deliverables to increase emphasis on engaging and visually appealing content including data visualizations, multimedia, interactive design, and more.
Ensure a consistent experience and voice for ICF’s brand across a variety of internal and external channels.
Lead and project manage key corporate marketing programs, special events & projects as needed.
What You Will Bring With You
15+ years marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2G environments.
Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to set expectations, manage programs, and provide ongoing strategic client counsel.
Experience managing the work of marketing professionals, such as marketers, communicators, agencies, copywriters, designers, video producers, web / digital producers, subject matter experts, clients and stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including managing and/or growing a team of marketers through motivating, coaching, and leading by example.
Experience working on projects requiring coordination across teams, divisions, and/or departments.
What We’d Like You To Bring With You
Corporate, digital or marketing agency experience.
Experience in and the ability to lead or contribute to messaging, communications and positioning workflows.
Experience in managing, supporting, or contributing to digital/web projects with an understanding of UX and site design/management.
Experience with product strategy, product marketing and / or solution marketing.
Strong general project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute.
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
