Construction Project Manager
We are a Maple Valley based Excavation company looking for a motivated and engaged Project Manager to join our great team.

Job Details:
- This is a full-time salary position and is eligible for Medical/Dental/Vison, paid Holidays, vacation pay and 401k based on the company's employee benefit policy.
- Monday to Friday 8 hours shifts with occasional overtime and weekends
Required experience:
- At least 3 years experience in project Management for an excavation company dealing with Commercial / Multifamily Construction
- A proven track record of honest and ethical business practices and an enthusiastic attitude
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Support our project teams with daily project coordination
- Collaborate with a spectrum of project participants and team members including Upper Management, Foreman, Subcontractors, Estimators, Office Staff, Vendors and Clients
- Multitask and manage multiple projects of varying sizes
- Responsible for the direction and supervision of the Superintendent, Project Engineer or Project Administrator as required for project
- In conjunction with the Superintendent, establish and maintain a 3 week look-ahead schedule for each project
- Optimize the profitability of the company through ethical management practices, decision making, reliable, accurate and mature judgement
- Completion of the project on time and within budget
- Prepare cost estimates and timely Proposed Change Order's (PCO's) for additional work as requested by the client or for changes in conditions from the contract specifications for submittal and approval
- Coordinate and attend all meetings, including weekly project meetings with the owner and all subcontractors as required
- Monitor the project schedule to track and report any delays of the project immediately to upper management
Preferred Qualification:
- Degree in Construction Management
- At least 3 years experience in project management
- Demonstrate a clear progression and development of responsibilities in previous position
- Strong leadership skills
- HCSS/Heavy Bid software experience preferred
- InSite Elevation Pro, CAD and Agtek or related software experience a plus
