HOSTS AND BUSSERS NEEDED

Suite 100 Restaurant is seeking mature, hard working, reliable, and friendly HOSTS and BUSSERS to join our fun support team to assist as we provide exceptional service to our guests. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and follow restaurant procedures in a professional and efficient manner. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Must have availability of at least 4 shifts per week from Tuesday through Saturday.

Pay is $11.73 + tips

Essential functions:

Ability to safely lift, carry, push or otherwise move heavy objects

Ability to stand and walk during entire shift

Approach all encounters with guests and co-workers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented fashion

Clear, clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Answer phones in a professional, friendly manner

Schedule reservations

Handle to-go orders and arrange special guest requests

Create positive impressions by promptly and warmly welcoming guests with a smile.

Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectation.

Courteously escort guests to their seat and provide menus.

Greet guests as they arrive and say “Good bye” and “Thank you” to every guests as they leave.

Sweep, mop and vacuum floors when called for.

Restock dishes and glassware.

Ensure bus stations are kept stocked, tidy and clean.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Be groomed and professionally dressed for each shift.
