Additional contact information is on LinkedIn.Key responsibilities: Developing and maintaining an intricate understanding of product technology, features, and operations Managing vendor relationships, including aspects such as contracts, invoicing, recommendations for technology changes, and escalated product support Ensuring that product enhancements and new product developments align with credit union resources, philosophy, member needs, and strategies Utilizing internal and industry data to manage appropriate metrics and KPI's Maintaining robust Product Documentation such as Roadmap, Agile Backlog, Data Flow Diagrams, Product Canvas, Process Flows and user acceptance testing documentation Providing recommendations for enhancements, eliminations, improvement actions, and new revenue opportunities Driving product enhancements with a member-centric mindset, placing the member (or user) at the center of every decision Managing or working with enterprise Phone System, enterprise Chat Solution, and enterprise Video teller solution Having experience with Banking Software as a Service (SaaS) solution Demonstrating experience as a Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology product management role within the financial services industry. Demonstrable skills in Computer Telephony Integration and IP Telephony. Solid experience in Telecommunications. Familiarity with SAAS - Software As A Service and SaaS Products. Ability to develop and implement business roadmaps. Proficiency in KPI Reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
