Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the industry of technology located in Tempe, Arizona. The main goal of this position is to improve and enhance outdated business processes. The individual must be able to comprehend complex business processes, identify solutions to replace or enhance the workflow, then project manage the implementation effort from start to finish. This effort includes creating a documentation repository, process map creation, and scheduling the development or implementation effort.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand complex business processes. Properly document workflow and formalize process maps for detailed understanding of existing business processes.

Work with various technologies, vendors, or internal development teams to validate that an enhanced process can be achieved meeting the new requirements.

Compile pros & cons for a formal recommendation to stake holders including cost-benefit analysis and ROI.

Project Manage the implementation creating project schedules and timelines, coordinating tasks within sprints, regularly communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver new and innovative solutions on time and on schedule.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field.

Project Management certifications (Skrum, Agile, Kanban, PMP, Project +, Etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

Possess excellent communications skills.

Ability to grasp and understand complex business processes.

Project Management skills necessary - Ability to work with different technology groups and 3rd party vendors to move a project to the finish line.

Ability to understand and speak English clearly.

Ability to analyze and process information from technology partners.

Cognizant to be asking the right questions to learn and gain a better understanding of solutions.
