Senior Accountant

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivables, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Prepare budget and financial forecasts, report variances.
Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
Coordinate and complete annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions.
Lead, develop and manage accounting staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
Display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
