Supervisory, Practice Operations
Practice Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all non-clinical practice functions including checking in, registering, and discharging all patients; procedure scheduling, responding to general patient requests and practice payment handling. In addition to supervising day-to-day activities of front office staff, supervisor will serves as back up to the Practice Manager when out of the office.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two to three years previous medical practice and/or billing experience. Experience in similar specialty setting preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Pleasant, effective verbal and written communication skills essential.
Strong customer service
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented
Flexible; able to adapt to change
Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus
