Description We are recruiting a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our Client's team located in the New York City area. This role will involve building out and overseeing the operations of our HR department in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as compliance, employee relations, hiring processes, and HR law.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Manage employee relations issues within the organization Oversee and administer benefits programs to employees.If this person is you, please submit a word document version of your resume to victoria.iacoviello@roberthalfRequirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role Have a thorough understanding of HR Law and compliance regulations Demonstrable experience with Hiring Processes and Employee Relations Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Administration Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions and the ability to efficiently manage them Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven track record in effectively handling compliance issues within an organization.
