Dispatcher

H&S Trucking is a cement and aggregates hauler operating out of Ocala, FL. We currently have 37 trucks in operation, with plans of expansion. We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of dispatching. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem solving skills and be able to work not only independently but also work well with others and display outstanding communication skills.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at H&S Trucking Inc in Ocala, FL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and communicating with drivers and clients to provide updates on shipments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS systems

Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

At least 2 years experience in transportation industry
