HVAC Service Technician – Commercial Systems (25 Tons & Under)

What You’ll Do:

Service and repair commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot systems including split systems, RTUs, and exhaust equipment

Climb ladders and handle the physical demands of the job

Provide excellent service to our commercial clients without the added pressure of meeting upsell targets

What We’re Looking For:

At least [1] year of HVAC service experience, preferably in commercial environments

Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including ladder work

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently on systems up to 25 tons

EPA certification required; other certifications a plus (NATE, etc.)

A team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys a positive, low-pressure work environment

Clean driving record
