FIELD TECHNICIAN/ Handyman - Full or Part Time

Construction Management Company located in Northern New Jersey seeks experienced Part or Full Time Field Technician /Carpenter/ Handyman for work on primarily commercial locations.

We strive to provide top quality service to all of our customers and look for the right candidate who also values the importance of customer service. A clean and valid driver's license is required, as there is a lot of driving to various customer locations. Company vehicles are available, but your own reliable transportation to and from work is necessary. Random drug testing is done. A neat, clean and professional appearance is appreciated by our customers.

Please have a clean background check, positive attitude, be willing and ready to work, and have some experience in the following areas:

Painting (especially helpful)

Carpentry

Commercial Framing and sheet rock

Tile work

Spackle

Light plumbing

Woodworking

Some knowledge of electric
