Family owned and operated Alarm Company with over 30 years in the Security Industry is looking for a Full Time Security Technician to add to our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated person with experience in installing and servicing Security/ Fire Alarm Systems. An eagerness to grow with the company and exemplary customer service and time management skills are what allows us to be productive and efficient.
Requirements:
Clean Drivers license
High School or Equivalent
Necessary hand tools
Minimum 3 Years Experience
SUMMARY: Perform installation, repair and maintenance of customer's alarm, video and/or access control system and its components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the Security Technician may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed.
Acknowledge, implement, and enforce all of companies policies and procedures.
Work overtime if necessary.
Submit accurate and timely documentation
Maintain good driving record.
Perform new system installations.
Perform system upgrades.
Perform system additions.
Perform customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
Good customer service skills.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Fire/Burglar Alarm installation

Must be able to bend and work in tight spaces.
This position involves the possibility of crawling under structures or in attics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and Three year minimum of security/fire maintenance/installation experience or proof of equivalent knowledge and skills.
