Billing Clerk

Local document shredding company is looking for a billing clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to clients based on service agreements.

When preparing an invoice review accounts receivable for that client and alert management if necessary.

Respond promptly to client billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain detailed records of invoices and supporting documents.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy.

You will also provide customer service to existing and prospective shredding customers.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (preferably in the service industry).

Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Sage or similar software is preferred.
