AutoCAD Drafter/Expeditor

Applicants must have at least five years of experience in AutoCAD and preparation of drawings for various types of alteration projects.

Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Site visits to survey existing conditions

Preparation of the existing and proposed drawings

Revision of the filing drawings based on the DOB objections.

Ability to independently prepare a complete set of architectural and plumbing drawings for Alt 2 applications

MUST have experience with structural design and drafting

Familiar with the filing of the Alt2 application using DOB NOW (Filing Representative Class 2)
