Med Com Cleaning, Inc. is in search of two (2) reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners and two (2) Day Porters to join the team for a newly acquired building.

DESCRIPTION

Cleaner - Carry out duties such as vacuuming, trash removal, high & low dusting, mopping. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair. Keep supply rooms organized. Cooperate with all members of the team. Follow all health & safety regulations.

Day Porter - Monitor bathrooms & clean when necessary, make rounds to ensure the building is well maintained & free of clutter, remove trash, deliver items, take calls for spills.

EDUCATION

At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Environmental services/janitorial experience preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be necessary to acquire a working knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as operation and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. The candidate will also have the ability to understand oral and written instructions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.

HOURS

Part-time

Cleaners: Mon-Fri, 6 p.m.-10 p.m.

Day Porter: Mon-Fri, 7 a.m.-3 p.m.

PAY RANGE

Cleaner - $17/hour

Day Porter - $17-18/hour based on experience
