Green Chain Puller Resume Required

All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for reliable, hardworking candidates to work in the Green Chain Department of a lumber mill located in the Eugene area. Resumes are required upon applying.

Schedule: 10-hour shifts

5:30am-4pm

Monday through Friday (Weekends as needed)

Pay: 22+an Hr

Responsibilities

Pull and sort all lumber production on Green Chain, Sort Chain or Clear Chain

Make sure all lumber is pulled into its designated load, according to size, length, and grade

All units need stacked to the correct height and width

Make sure stickers are properly located

Make sure the resaw and trim is properly stacked into stable units

Trim unit will need to be banded

Work with other pullers as a team to ensure a safe and efficient production flow

Help ensure that all employees maintain a safe working environment and safe working habits

Know and utilize all lock-out/tag-out procedures associated with your job duties

When time allows, carry stickers, straighten loads, band units for forklift and clean up
