Senior It Support Specialist
Description:Our Client is looking for a Senior technician to join their fast pace environment. They must have good work ethic, customer service, and executive support. On a day to day basis, this person will be handling level 2/3 tickets. Troubleshooting, Win 11 AND Mac support, O365, Intune Suite, Android and IOS devices. this person must have problem solving, leadership, and collaborations skills.
Significant experience in IT support at a senior level, preferably as a Level 3 Technician.
Expertise in Windows/Mac OS, Android/iOS, and the Office 365 suite.
Proficiency with collaborative technologies, including Microsoft Teams and AV systems like Logitech, Neat and Crestron.
Administrative capabilities with Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions and a strong understanding of security best practices.
