Commercial Real Estate Agent Trainee
We are looking for newly licensed real estate agents only. Established and busy commercial real estate brokerage looking for candidate to learn the commercial real estate brokerage business and establish yourself as a success in the field. We are seeking a bright, motivated and outgoing person desiring to learn the business and start a career in leasing and selling commercial real estate in Marin and/or Sonoma County; We offer on the job training and working with top producing agents. The selected applicants will have an opportunity to learn all facets of the commercial real estate business. Daily duties will focus on new business development through property and owner data collection and management; data input into a CRM database; cold-calling owners and tenants; setting face-to-face appointments; hands on learning the details of successful commercial real estate brokerage. You will be responsible for new lead generation, assisting with prospecting, researching, analyzing, marketing; and, ultimately learning lease and sale negotiations for commercial real estate. This position will work with on all facets of sales and lease transactions from contract and document preparation to file closing. Strong cold calling and detailed follow-up skills are necessary.
Candidates are required to have an active recently obtained California real estate license, or close to completing the licensing process.
Qualified candidates should present themselves as professional, and desire to learn all faucets of the selling cycle. This position is entrepreneurial and you must be able to develop and implement a good business plan.

Familiarity with commercial property streets and districts in Marin & Sonoma County

Previous sales experience desirable
Familiarity with business software and social media marketing
Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations
Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
Reliable and presentable vehicle available for business use
Windows based laptop, tablet or personal computer & printer
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel and CRM software is helpful
Reliable car suitable for showing properties to clients/prospects
