Dishwasher/Porter – Part-Time/Full-Time

Paper Crane is a new ramen restaurant that is currently seeking full-time and part-time dishwashers. Paper Crane is a new independent concept and serves as the sister restaurant to the Webster, also located in Iowa City.

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to dishwashing, moping, sweeping as well as any other general cleaning/sanitation related to restaurant work. You will be working with both a machine dishwasher as well as a 3-compartment sink. All our facilities, site, and equipment are brand new.

You will also be involved with assisting in organization and general cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, walk-in coolers, dry storage, and freezers where necessary. Depending on individual experience and interest, you may also be involved in food production and preparation.

Experience as well as good availability (including weekends) is strongly preferred, but not strictly necessary. Pay starts at $15.
