Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in handling a wide range of plumbing tasks, from leak detection and pipe repair to water heater installations and emergency troubleshooting. A successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure high-quality work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install various plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains.

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.

Conduct maintenance inspections to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs.

Respond promptly to customer service requests, offering day or night service in alignment with company policy.

Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service, including explaining services to clients in a clear and friendly manner.

Collaborate with the Day & Night Plumbing, Heating & Cooling team to maintain a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Plumber with a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems.

Current plumbing license in the state of New Mexico (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred).

Proficiency in diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, and installing new systems.

Ability to handle emergencies and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work both day and night shifts as needed for customer emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with plumbing in both residential and light commercial settings.

Knowledge of the latest industry technologies and trends.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
