Job description

```Duties```

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage and train restaurant staff, including conducting interviews and hiring new employees.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality service.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, handling, and storage.

- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, inventory management, and reporting.

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.

- Familiarity with shift management and scheduling processes.
