Serving Michelin standard food made with recipes perfected over the years working with some of the greatest chefs in the world. Everything will be handmade using the highest quality ingredients, therefore a great opportunity to gain world class skills.

Position Details:
Outlet Shift leader
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
Manage and support staff, including chefs and servers, to maintain high performance
Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
Monitor service quality, from kitchen output to front-of-house interactions
Coordinate with the management team on staffing, scheduling, and inventory needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Employee Health Permit or ServSafe in a plus
Servers
Ability to handle and work with food.
Would be needed to assemble and re-heat food items.
Provide outstanding customer service
Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
Ensure guests have a memorable experience
Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Passion for food and customer service
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
