We are a small but growing local doors and window company, and we are looking for a reliable and motivated Secretary and Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers, we want to hear from you!
Position:
Secretary & Customer Service
Representative
$18.50/hour
8 hours/day, 4 days/week
1% commission on the profit of each job
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling appointments and managing our calendar
Assisting with customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Maintaining records and organizing office paperwork
Supporting management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus, but not required
