What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients and their families like they’re old friends (because they soon will be!).

Explain treatment options in a way that makes everything easy to understand.

Go over fees and insurance options without making it feel like a math class.

Keep track of patient progress, follow up, and keep the good vibes going.

Stay connected with our awesome referring doctors and their teams.

Help with scheduling, phones, and keeping our day-to-day running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a people person, through and through—friendly, outgoing, and ready to help make someone’s day. Bonus points if you’ve got sales experience and love learning new things! Orthodontic experience? Yep, we need that too.
