Payroll & Accounting/Construction Office

Work Location – In Person

$28-$35/hour - DOE

30-40 hours per week (5 days)

Our San Carlos, family-owned paving company is seeking a Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Successful Candidate will Possess the Following Skills/Background:

-Experience in the Construction Industry (Union a Plus)

-General Understanding of Accounting Principles and use of Accounting Software

-Experience in Payroll and Payroll Taxes (Union and plus)

-Experience in Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables (Union a plus)

-Proficiency in use of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

-Strong Organizational Skills

-Strong Administrative Skills

-High Level of Attention to Detail

-Dependable

-Flexible in a Dynamic Environment

-Bilingual in Spanish a Plus
