Marketing Coordinator
Prepares, Distributes and Measures the effectiveness of: Press Releases, Product Announcements, Newsletters, or Technical Articles.
Conduct market research by SIC for target or vertical markets for sales people.
Organize and standardize all marketing correspondence, communication and collateral.
Keep the Quickbooks customer/prospect database contact information current and accurate.
Initiate and maintain relationships with editors of industry publications.
Develop an annual Marketing Plan including marketing program “task lists”
Quantify and measure results of each marketing effort, and maintain records both electronically and “hard copy”
Manage the company web site. Know Word Press and be able to make edits and add information.
Provide reports to management, as required.
Facilitate e-mail blasts through the company e-mail system.
Develop ideas and create offers for direct marketing to accounts by target
