Data Collector
Description We are seeking a Data Collector to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be integral to the testing and development of a new mechanical gripping device. You will be required to physically interact with the device, lifting various household items and providing crucial feedback to our engineering team. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Test the functionality of a mechanical gripping device by lifting and manipulating various household items. Provide detailed feedback to the engineering team regarding the device's performance. Assist in the reprogramming process of the device by identifying potential areas of improvement. Maintain an active role during periods of downtime, preparing for subsequent testing phases. Use skills in Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Order Entry to document testing processes and results. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate testing procedures. Maintain a high level of physical activity, as the role involves significant periods of standing. Ensure all testing procedures adhere to safety protocols. Contribute to the overall product development process by providing insights and suggestions based on testing experiences. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required by the engineering team.
