Description:Job Description:This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the collection of applications and systemsassociated with the delivery of messaging, mobility, faxing and E-discovery services.Key Functions/Duties of Position:

Provide a reliable, secure, and highly available messaging environment while delivering integrated solutions

that align with developed strategy roadmaps.

Provide confidential information to both Corporate Human Resources and Corporate Legal resources related to

E-discovery corporate requests.

Configure messaging environment to align with compliance requirements associated with data classification,

retention policies and international and domestic PI requirements.

Primary interactions with Information Security, Legal, Human Resources, Compliance along with executives and

peer global IT resources.

Provide stewardship over reducing technical debt

Majority of time is spent developing, reviewing and implementing multi-year strategies for individual teams,

systems, or projects with a focus on continuous improvement and maximized up time for solutions.

50% or less time is focused within directly managed teams

Directs work at an objective / goal level across the team through formal authority.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage personnel, project, or architectural leaders within their teams.

Demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders to ensure a secure, compliant and technically

robust environment.

Travel for this position is approximately 10-30%

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related field or combination of education and experience

Advanced knowledge of the M365 environment and administrative capabilities.

Robust understanding of both on-premises and cloud exchange ecosystems.

Strong understanding of video collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Webex.

Experience with managing agile teams, specifically scrum methodologies.

Strong automation experience. Ability to direct teams away from manual tasks toward automation.

Experience with eDiscovery and understanding of data retention tools.

5 – 10 years of technical leadership in the Microsoft Ecosystem, specifically M365.

Must have demonstrated the capability of meeting the key accountabilities or can learn/perform them.

Software Development Life Cycle experience.

Ability to lead personnel, technical, stakeholder, and project initiatives for an application development team.

Strong customer service focus that serves as the basis for making decisions.

Ability to thrive and produce rapid team results with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, technically

challenging environment.

Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact seamlessly with both technical and
