Description:Looking for an Epic Professional Billing Trainer/Analyst. They must be certified and have experience training and interacting with clinicians and billing staff. Duties include:

New hire training

Training on new features and versions of Epic

Support for clinicians and billing staff

Principal Responsibilities: Work closely with other teams that support the Epic Professional Billing application to understand data structures, set and follow best practices and other team policies. Coordinates and provides initial and follow-up training to customers, working with the analyst team to clarify workflow, and then creating training curriculum. Develops and maintains training environments and materials, and provides role-based education (classroom setting, handouts, e-learning, etc.) Responds to training requests, documentation requests, and Service Desk tickets assigned to Training, scheduling training and providing training resources in a timely manner. Participation in testing and workflow validation efforts. Participate with clinical stakeholders in work groups to discuss opportunities for greater system utilization and enhancements.In addition to the minimum qualifications found in the job specification, the following additional qualifications are particular for this position: Resolute PB or HB Certified preferred Epic training experience required Experienced with MST build and curriculum development preferred Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal, and strong organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasksPreferred Qualifications: The following skills and experience are not necessary, but would be preferred. Prior Epic employee desired Clinical experience (i.e., RN, etc.) desirable, but not required Certifications or credentials for other Epic applications a plus Solid understanding of processes/procedures and workflow within a hospital/clinical/health plan setting Military experience a plus.
