Join our team as a Lead Recruiter and play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s future!As a Lead Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs, ensuring our talent acquisition strategies align with hiring objectives. You’ll develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Engaging with finalist candidates to understand their job acceptance criteria will be key, as you’ll use this information to inform the interview and offer process.Your role will also involve analyzing talent competitors and reporting findings to hiring managers, providing insights on where our approach excels and where it can improve. You’ll help managers identify and focus on high-impact talent actions, fostering a recruiting culture within their teams. Educating hiring managers on the impact of slow hiring on productivity, revenue, and hire quality, and advising on how to expedite the process, will be crucial.Mentorship and training are integral parts of this role. You’ll train, guide, and mentor other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. Regularly interfacing with business and TA leadership to provide status updates and proactively address potential hiring issues will be part of your routine. Compliance with equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations related to recruiting efforts is essential.Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including recruitment briefing calls, sourcing, ATS activity, candidate screening, feedback management, and offer preparation, will be your responsibility. You’ll coach managers on the importance of a positive candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Additionally, you’ll work closely with other talent functions to improve and integrate the entire talent-management process.In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive talent, conducting phone screens, and developing offers

Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system on a daily basis

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in the energy/utilities industry or an engineering consulting firm

Experience working in a remote environment
