[HIRING] Sales Representative Role (MDU Model)
As a Concierge Rep for Nick Connects You LLC, you will play a key role in building relationships with apartment complex staff and assisting new residents in setting up essential home services. Your primary responsibility will be visiting local apartment complexes, connecting with property management and office staff, and positioning yourself as a concierge for new move-ins. You’ll help them with services like internet, TV, security systems, and more, ensuring a seamless transition into their new home. By fostering strong relationships with the onsite teams, you’ll aim to be included in their 'Welcome Home' packet, or you can receive new resident leads directly from the staff.
To support these connections, you’ll frequently bring small gestures like coffee, lunch, or personal gifts to the apartment staff to build rapport. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to offer referral commissions to staff members who are open to it. You can provide them with $20-$30 per successful referral, paid in cash or electronically, whenever you close a sale generated by their leads. You can also work with anyone in the Real Estate Industry and assist their clients!
