Residential Remodel Foreman - $30-$32/hr DOE - Available Immediately

We are looking for a hard working and intelligent foreman/lead carpenter to grow with us.

We are a long-standing family owned and operated residential general contractor specializing in kitchen & bathroom remodeling and residential additions.

We are seeking a new team member to join us. We do not hire often and promote from within, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay on for the next 3-5 years. Ideally, you would have:

-3-5 years experience in the construction industry

-Experience as a foreman running a crew and subcontractors

-Solid understanding of residential building science, including understanding of framing, plumbing & electrical rough-in

-Your own hand tools

-Valid license & reliable transportation

-Clean drug test

-Great character references and a positive, problem-solving attitude

Main duties will consist of:

-All working foreman duties as expected on remodeling projects, including:

Job site cleanliness

Schedule management

Subcontractor management

Budget management (including tracking change orders)

Daily communication with owners and project manager

Physically performing work, often with assistance of a helper or two

Within 3 months of start you can expect:

-We are looking to promote to a Foreman position in the near future, so we have a massive interest in training to this end
