Custom home Foreman/tradesman

Are you a high performing contractor with 5+ years experience at Home construction and/or remodeling? We are a small family run Home builder, we are known for building large custom, cutting edge homes in North Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree.

We have an immediate open position for a skilled and reliable person to join our team. To succeed in this role, you must have respectful customer service manners, excellent problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail.

touch-up fixes around the home and work on punch lists

Getting materials for the job ahead of time

Adherence to all job site rules and regulations

Walk the site to determine construction status and ensure quality control

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Properly and accurately read and understand blueprints

Qualifications:

MUST have knowledge/ background in framing, electrical, plumbing, paint, drywall, etc.

Previous experience in construction or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
