Our bar specializes in craft cocktails made with precision and care, and we pair our drinks with elevated, yet approachable small bites Japanese American Cuisine.

What We’re Looking For:

- We are seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for Japanese-style cocktails and an eye for detail.

You will work in a dynamic setting where exceptional technique and service are paramount.

Knowledge of classic cocktails and a creative approach to seasonal ingredients are a plus.

Bartender Responsibilities/Requirements

Craft cocktails with a focus on precision, balance, and creativity

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper glassware

Develop a deep understanding of our menu and provide guidance to guests on pairings

Keep up with Tokyo cocktail trends and innovations

Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service

Provide warm and attentive service, ensuring a memorable guest experience Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting

Knowledge of Japanese spirits (whiskey, sake, shochu) is a huge plus

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A strong sense of hospitality and excellent communication skills
