Firestone Builders, a leading General Contractor in San Diego County with over 30 years of experience in Commercial, Civil, and Residential projects, is seeking a creative and reliable part-time employee to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Marketing/Social Media:
Develop creative content ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
Create engaging posts and stories for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Collaborate with our team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
Monitor and respond to social media engagement, fostering community interaction.
Send out email blasts via Mailchimp.
Coordinate with our website team to make updates.
Office Admin:
Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks.
Assist the Project Managers with daily tasks.
Serve as the front office receptionist.
Perform general office duties, including handling correspondence, managing files, and other administrative tasks.
Clean and maintain the office lobby and conference room to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications:
Content creation, Knowledge of graphic design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to various styles and client priorities.
Experience in the construction industry.
Reliable, friendly, energetic, and a people person.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, and Google suite.
Esperance in Bluebeam & Adobe PDF
Position Details:
Full-Time, 11 paid Holidays and Vacation Days, 401k Matching
Pay: $40,000-$50,000 Per year DOE.
