You are an excellent listener, self-possessed and confident enough to achieve the exacting standards required by Chef. You are curious and inspired to achieve your best by receiving feedback and you embrace the opportunity to learn from others. Your previous work mates and friends tell you that your cool temperament and grace under pressure is an inspiration to them. You have a sense of humor that others remark upon and appreciate. You have experience in station prep and work service through a la minute cooking and plating and take pride in maintaining a well-organized workspace EVENING LINE COOK Strict expectations for reliable availability each week from 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM Tuesday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours may vary as required. Ability to learn, describe and explain the menu items that will be employed in the role of line cook so that you understand the role that your preparations play in creating an exceptional guest experience. Provide seamless back up for our wood oven station and cold station as a second to these critical team roles, with the ability to step in / trade off as required. Full time hours are available. Pay rate is competitive and commensurate on the candidate’s qualification and ability to perform in a professional environment with high standards.
