We are looking for someone who is able to work weekends.

Team Members are responsible for greeting customers, maintaining a positive environment and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. Our ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in high-volume restaurants, is organized and detail-oriented and is motivated by the customer service industry. Experience with computer systems is not necessary, but an interest in technology and high levels of energy are required.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

Take Out Duties

Answer phones and take orders via phone

Keep Take Out department stocked with all needed supplies (boxes, to go condiments, napkins, etc.)

Communicate with the kitchen regarding any special orders or allergies

Visually inspect each order for ingredient accuracy

Keep all prepared food in pizza warmer or refrigerator for safe storage until customer pick up

Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment

Maintain clean service areas

Keep phones and take out areas clean and organized

Greet all guests and delivery drivers warmly and take the time to ensure each person is treated well and with respect

Process payment for all pick up orders
