Apartment Maintenance Technician

Currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at apartment communities in the Port Charlotte area. Position is temporary, not sure for how long. Some positions can become permanent for the right candidates.

Need to perform general repairs/maintenance, punches within the apartments, prepare units for rental, cleans the grounds, and any other task assigned to meet property standards. Must report to work with basic kit of tools.

This position is being offered through our staffing agency, paid once per week, taxes deducted.

Payrate is $22-23/hour.

Work schedules are typical Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the apartment industry, renovations or excellent handyman skills

Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check

Must have reliable transportation
