Property manager / marketing manager for a large house in Sandy Springs

I am looking for an experienced candidate who can advertise and manage a 7k square ft house located in sandy springs/ Atlanta area on different websites like Peerspace , Airbnb, vrbo and swimply etc. Must have prior experience managing properties to cater events like baby showers, birthday parties, photography sessions and other hourly activities.

Any other experience or connections that would bring business are welcome.

This job could be a full time or part time. Base pay plus commission. Salary and commission will depend on experience and performance. Paid vacation and opportunity of free rental.
