Land Survey CREW CHIEF
-Candidate must have a clean valid driver's license
-A minimum of 2 years experience as a Survey Instrument
Person required, (Salary commensurate with experience)
-Typical work week is 5 days per week- 8 hour days
typically Day shift Monday to Friday - seldom weekends

-Clearwater and surrounding area
-Work Location: In person

-To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, certain physical demands are representative of those that
must be met by a CREW CHIEF
-Physical effort, regular standing most of the day, lift and bend, work with hands
while remaining alert to the multiple activities other employees and contractors
on jobsite on uneven surfaces in outdoor and variable weather conditions with
exposure to noise, dust associated with a construction site or field work.
-Must be alert to regularly working near heavy equipment and moving machinery.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Construction Staking & Asbuilt Surveys
Residential and Commercial Surveys
Metes and Bounds and Sectional Boundary Surveys
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Boundary and Topographic Surveys
Data Collection Files / Field Notes
Proficient with Total Stations, Robotic Instruments and GPS Systems
