Field Inspector

Long term property management company seeking self motivated individual for field position in Pinellas County. Individual must be able to work independently, be consciestious and have a good driving record. A car is provided for working hours. Position entails inspections, taking photographs, placing signs and lockboxes, delivering notices, opening units for viewing and maintenance, etc. Schedule is flexible, but must be available 3 days per week. Must be able to bend and walk up stairs. Car is not available to take home.
