Job Summary:

We are an international company seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our team and ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to executives and team members

- Coordinate projects and manage deadlines effectively

- Perform clerical duties such as transcribing, data entry, and maintaining files

- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering calls

- Assist in event planning and coordination

- Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed

- Make monthly deposits and print checks using Rent Manager

- Collaborate with accounting and operations team to provide support as needed

Skills:

- Project coordination

- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient in administrative tasks

- Skilled in data entry

- Experience with front desk operations

- Excellent customer service skills

- Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams and Excel

Additional skills a plus:

- Experience with Rent Manager

- ADP workforce Now

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
