Handyman needed to do preventative maintenance and attend inspections

Looking for a RELIABLE and HONEST person who can work independently. Must have your own tools and experience with carpentry and basic plumbing/home repairs. Must have your own vehicle, tools, and a smartphone. Must be able to be accountable. Experience with Housing Quality Standards is a bonus.
