Assistant Project Manager For Electrical Company
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Electrical Project Manager to assist in overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires attention to detail, communication and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Duties
Assist with planning and implementation of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, vendors and and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Develop detailed project schedules, monitor project progress and complete RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Utilize ProCore and Quick Books for project documentation, tracking changes, and managing communications effectively.
Report on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to Company Owner and team members.
Experience
Experience in assisting with project management within the electrical construction field is essential.
Strong knowledge of project coordination practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Familiarity with software tools.
Experience in field of Commercial Electric is required.
