The right candidate willproduce affiliated correspondence to office, field, subcontractors and municipalities to construction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Verifies contractual agreements are specific and binding

Processes construction permits

Create, maintain and distribute start orders to office, field and subcontractors

Generate and distribute purchase orders for each job prior to balancing with Purchasing Department all work is done daily.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
