Geospatial Design Engineer

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL Description: Our client is currently seeking a Geospatial Design Engineer for their office in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.The Engineer must be an expert at performing data analysis in ArcMap. They must be capable of manipulating GIS data in multiple formats and developing financial cost models (3-5 years of experience).The Geospatial Design Engineer will work with multiple internal and external teams to perform market analysis of Tier I and Tier II cities in the Upper Midwest. They will have experience at working financial build/lease models and will guide proper build design as a result of the analysis.
