Property Manager

Fast growing, fast paced, Property Management company seeking professional to become a Licensed Property Manager (will train and assist with acquiring your license). This position is for someone who seeks a career where your duties are ever changing and never boring. Rentals are spread all over the Valley so you must have a reliable vehicle. You will need to get your property management license for the State of Montana, we will train and assist with licensing. This is a great opportunity to learn and hone work and life skills in many different areas in addition to a fantastic potential for growth with, and within, the company.

Hourly full-time position, starting December 4th, with the ability to take on overtime or extra work if desired.

Pay is $16-$18 negotiable and DOE. Cell phone and gas stipend.

Winter hours are flexible (Occasional WFH available, willing to negotiate), but summer hours are set at 8am – 4pm, Thursday - Monday. Flex schedule is possible, Friday – Monday.

Duties may include, but not limited to:

- Minor maintenance (changing filters, batteries, light bulbs, small repairs, painting, etc.)

- Schedule, manage, and oversee vendors for maintenance, repairs, remodels, housekeeping, etc.

- Lawn care, gardening, minor snow removal, hauling garbage

- Occasional Housekeeping – cover checkout cleanings if vendor is unable to

- Property showings for long term rentals

- Vet and process guest and tenant applications

- Short term rental booking management

- Short term rental check out inspection and ensure home is ready for new guests

- Regular property perimeter inspections

- Data entry/bookkeeping

- Home watch inspections

- Social Media content

- Advertising and Marketing

- Hiree will not be responsible for all these duties all the time, but rather whatever is needed at the time.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Excellent organization and management skills

- Dependable w/ reliable transportation

- Highly motivated

- Detail oriented

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work independently

Desired Qualifications:

- Home Maintenance Skills (Handyman/Laborer)

- Experience with home maintenance and management

- Proficient Computer and Software Skills (Ownerrez, Breezeway, Quickbooks, Social Media, Microsoft Office)

- Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws

- Knowledge of Montana State Laws and Regulations
