Perform efficient data entry into Excel and set up new accounts.
Assist with daily accounting transactions, including the generation of customer invoices.
Record payments accurately and handle collections where necessary.
Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date customer files.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer account inquiries.
Assist the accounts receivable department with special projects as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in a general accounting or data entry role.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and reliable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, meeting all set deadlines.
